everyone hates
all are selfish
this world is turning to hatred
ones dying as others watch
we idlely stand by as we watch ourselves, others, loved ones perish
in this world all that happens is evil
greed, lust, pride, sins
all comitted to us
our world is drowning in us all
hatred, based on race, religion, sex.
hatred for being human
no one cares about anyone else anymore
to watch someone die with a smirk upon your face
that's what's bringin our civilization down.
we say we're advanced, we're high-tech, we've got manners.
what are manners, what do you consider advances?
the murder of friends and family?
genocide of those of a different race?
humans are cruel to one another
only humans would have the mind to
discriminate, to judge without knowledge.
hatred speads like wildfire here
the learned behavior to segregate those unlike you
we are blind to what goes on around us
greed, lust, pride, sins
all committed to us
the faint light seen by some slowly is burning out.
we fight our hardest to keep it going, to keep it lit.
to help to keep the darkness at bay.
slowly the darkness and hatred is killing the world
but we can stop it
we are the ones to
teach, educate, help bring this world back to life.
listen to your
god, your beliefs, your parents and friends.
make your ties stronger and indestructible
with your help the
greed, lust, prides, and sins can be
forgiven, dealt with, educated.
teach others kindness, thell them that it's going to be okay.
not everyone hates
not all are selfish
the world may be turning to hatred, but soon it will be engulfed in light and love
